Timing for signing a return
Any complaint for printing error, damaged or defective product must be signed within 4 weeks from the delivery of the product. For parcels that are lost during the transit, however, all complaints must be signed no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date.
What to do in case of damaged product
To help us solve the problem, contact us at the email firstname.lastname@example.org with attached photos of the damaged product, order number and any other information you deem necessary. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and we will be happy to place the order again at no added cost.
What to do in case of dissatisfaction with the product received
It is not possible to return a product due to an incorrect size or other reasons that are not an actual defect. In this case it will be necessary to place a new order.
